Our focus has always been on quality, value for money, and enriched customer experience.

However, if you have any issues with the outfit and/or received a damaged item, you may return it to us for a store credit or an exchange. Please see below for our information and terms and condition on our Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

Return and Exchange

Returns must be made within the next 2 days of the delvered date. All returned items must be

  • In new and unused condition.
  • With all original tags and labels attached. 
  • No signs of tampering with the outfit.
  • Exchanged item shall be priced higher or at the same price as the returned item. In case of higher price item, you will have to pay the difference in the amount of both the items

Note: Partial Returns are accepted where you can raise a request for the return or exchange of one or more items from your entire purchase. In that case, partial return shouldn’t be breaking off a garment set. 

Return Process

To return an item, please email us at, or call us on +91 9717102471 to raise a request of returning an item. We’ll send you a confirmation of the same through the mail. You can courier the item back to our shipping address. To send back the item, we may arrange it for you. Our delivery partner’s agent will contact you and pick up the order from the delivered address.

Returns will not be accepted on orders placed via Cash On Delivery (COD).



After receiving your returned item, we will inspect the condition of the item. Afterward, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 7 to 10 bank working days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending upon the bank and debit card company. We will notify you by email that your return has been processed.

Refunds will be made in the form of:

  • Online Payment to your bank account
  • Exchanged item priced the same or higher (*after paying the difference) than the returned item

Refunds will be processed ONLY in case of:

  • Wrong Size Delivered
  •  Didn’t receive the item
  • Wrong item being delivered

No Refunds will be processed if:

  • If an item has been worn much to see a noticeable difference 
  • Returned in a damaged or used condition

Note: In case of any defective or damaged item delivered to you, please mail us about the same along with the images of the item within 2 days of the Delivered date. Once approved, we will send you a new replacement.

COD refund is not available.


We provide Free shipping in India. Once we received the order it will take minimum two days time to ship product from our Warehouse. Courier partner will take 2-4 days to deliver your product to your doorstep.
